Aidan Baker’s book of poetry Passing Through (Wounded Wolf Press) has been officially released now and is available from the Broken Spine Webshop. For a limited time, we are selling both Passing Through and Aidan’s previous book of poetry, The Shape of Snakes, as a discounted package deal.

We previously posted a printed and an audio sample from the collection here, but here is Aidan’s audio interpretation of the Scott LaFaro song “Jade Visions” (originally performed by The Bill Evans Trio), a song which he writes about in Passing Through:

Hot on the heels of Nadja’s latest full-length album, Queller, we’re announcing the release of a limited 7-inch, Tangled, a collection of industrial / grindcore / death-metal (or whatever) songs. Stream one of the tracks here:

The 7″ comes on black vinyl in a hand-assembled vellum sleeve and will primarily only be available from us at upcoming shows, with a limited few from the Broken Spine Webshop and maybe a select few record shops/mailorders that we like.

For something more widely and readily available, we will also be reissuing a CD version of our 2007 album Radiance Of Shadows, originally released by Alien8 Recordings and out of print for some time. The reissue comes in a digisleeve package with new photography from Guylaine Bédard, who also provided the original cover image:

We will also have copies of the CD at upcoming shows, but it will be officially released and distributed worldwide in May, though it is already digitally available here:
